The best evidence that a school can care for your child as an individual comes when a school has a combination of highly trained teachers and “small class size”.

ASC is to be a small class size school led by highly trained Australian and other native English speaking teachers.

A strong Australian secondary curriculum will assure English language university entrance for students who are able to follow our university preparatory program and work hard through the High School Years.

Our 6th of October City preschool and Years 1 to 3 will open in September, 2009, adding 9 year olds (Year 4) from 2010 and additional Years at that time according to parents' wishes. The school will open with no more than 375 students. The school will limit itself to no more than 1500 students by the time all 12 Years are offered.

Fees will involve the normal charges for Egyptian, Middle Eastern and European international schools. There is a small non-refundable application fee. There is a one-time acceptance fee. There are the annual tuition fees. There are fees for language tutoring when a child does not come to us speaking English as well as for Arabic when a child does not come to us speaking Arabic. There will be special language tuition fees for students who come to us "behind" others in their age group. There are bus and lunch fees.

The application fee shall be free for applications received before 1 March 2009 (for September 2009 enrolment). Our tuition fees will not be the highest international school fees in Cairo but they will be in the higher average range due to our low class size and emphasis on Australian certified teachers who are native speakers of English.
